Please don't! There are few humans I hate more than those with roller carry-ons that put them in the first class overheads even though they are in the last row. Nothing bigger than a backpack would be great, or eliminate the overheads altogether!

Again, nothing from American Airlines, get with it AA.
Agreed, but it's more the airline's fault...they need to start enforcing carry-on size limits, otherwise those stupid size pipe assemblies/boxes aren't even worth having at the gates.

Might want to vary your memes from time to time. But then again, any Goodfellas reference is a good reference!

I'd gladly switch airlines but I'm kinda stuck with them.

I agree, enforce the rules but also shrink the size. Like I said before, briefcase, laptop bag, backpack, purse, etc. Anything larger and you should be forced to check it. Try flying to Orlando and watch the families trying to vacation with no checked bags. Little kids with big rollers are infuriating!

Oh yeah, because golf clubs, hockey sticks, firearms, knives, bicycles, etc all are GREAT ideas and very welcome to bring on board, right? Hahaha.
Would LOVE to be able to carry a hockey stick, or two, on to the plane. 🤔

Hey Siri, find my luggage…

Siri: for $ 9,99 I’ll show you where your luggage is. You want me to activate Apple Pay 💰?

The point was to actually use the same meme as I did months ago, part of the effect ;).

To be clear: I'm poking fun at airline execs and the complete misalignment of the entire industry (and the fact the regulator is more aligned for industry advancement, not flying public interests at all), not the flying public who has a reasonable expectation of receiving the service for which they're paying.

I am also stuck on AA given we have a home in Scottsdale where we live part of the year. It is a terrible airline. Which says a lot, because all US carriers are some varying degree of terrible. Not b/c the line pilots, crews, ramp workers, agents, etc aren't (for the most part, as much as any industry) wanting to do a good job, but b/c man, executive incentive is not aligned with paxex, at all.

I am a capitalist, very much so. We have a mis-alignment of market forces, though, and we do need consumers to actually be able to put the hurt on an airline when they fail to perform. Capitalism only works if they reasonably can. Otherwise, it's more like oligarchy or kleptocracy, really.

Good to hear about this. Very useful feature of AirTags and iPhone. Hope it expands and all airlines start supporting it soon.
