Youtube issues in Safari

Hi,

A few days ago I started having an issue with Youtube.
When I start a video, quite often the video goes back few seconds and plays the same segment.

Anyone having the same issue?

My add-ons are Adguard and SponsorBlock.

Is it at just the beginning? If so, usually because it’s adjusting the quality.

Yes.
I never had this issue, and I'm using Mac OS since Snow Leopard, weird.
