Hi! My external audio FireWire card (Myth 8*192) is seen in Monterey opencore legacy packer. But audio signal don t pass in the internal mixer of osx. With "dude1" patch all works but in open core legacy patcher no. Can you tell me the modification I have to do in open core in order it works? Thanks a lot for your support. SIP is already disable. I have a Macbook pro 8.2 and a Mac Pro 5.1 where to solve the problem.
PS: In Monterey standard ( no OCLP ) the driver works, so it is not a problem of driver's incompatibility.
Alessandro, thanks.

I'd love to find a solution to this one as well! My Firerwire interface (Tascam DM-4800 digital console) is visible, I can select it in the menu, I can even record with it in Reaper and the faders are working, but no sound output! It's absolutely driving me nuts :/

Yes it´s the same with my TC Konnekt48.
I got my inputs to work but not out. In Logic it´s ok as I can connect my computers digital out to the Konnekt 48 digital in and get audio out that way (chosing a different audio out selection in Logic prefs) and still have all other inputs on the konnekt 48 working (Can´t use my outboard gear and multiple out though) This way of doing it even works in Ventura and Sonoma (havent tried later OS) if I use the regular Opencore patcher.
Using Martin Lo Opencore 1.01 though I got the outs working right after rewriting the config plist file in the OC folder in EFI partition of the boot drive.
In there I changed the the following:

<key>DisableIoMapper</key>
<false/>
Here I deleted the false to true

<key>DisableIoMapperMapping</key>
<false/>
Here I didn´t change anything that I recall.

Unfortunately I only got this working once right after the first boot into Monterey.
I also lost the WIFI connection which I knew could happen.
Unfortunately now after having changed the line above back to "false" after rebooting I no longer have Audio out working but also I STILL HAVE NO WIFI! That didn´t come back.
I have tried changing the other line above to true and only that one but still no audio out. I´m just confused why it worked the first time???

I now hope replacing the whole OC folder with a new one or even just replacing the whole EFI folder will get the WIFI back. I haven´t tried yet so I don´t know. Reason is I have made more changes in the config-file I dont want to redo.

Just remember this I did in MARTIN LO OPEN CORE. I haven´t tried in the regular Open core (as of now 2.02) but maybe the people at GITHUB can make someting if they get this request.
