I wish the powerbeats pro came with noise cancellation and spaitial audio. Airpods Pro don't fit my ears no matter what i try.

anyone use the powerbeats flex for mostly phone calls?

my girlfriend does not care for the airpods as much.

I got Beats Studio 3 on offer a couple of months ago, really pleased with them. No audiophile but to me, they are great. I know many don't rate them but each to their own I guess.

Just a heads up to anyone looking into the Powerbeats Pro. I can’t recommend them until they change the charging case. I’ve sent mine in twice and still have the same issue. Often times only one will charge when they are placed on the case. It seems to be a design flaw of some sort. I know I am not the only one to have this issue, but I don’t know how widespread it is either.

So Best Buy’s “deal” is totally misleading. You’re getting refurbished for that price; the brand new ones are still at regular retail price according to Best Buy’s own website. Macrumors should clarify so as not to mislead potential buyers:

I only had them a couple days but people said I sounded fine. I could not get them to stay in my ears and ended up returning them. There was just too much wire everywhere for my taste, the wire also seemed to pull them out of my ears. I have the regular powerbeats now and they are ok.

The Powerbeats Flex use the same "400" size eartips from Comply Foam. should have tried them first and see if that would have corrected the falling out problem.

I tried all the tips in the box. I think it had a lot to do with the type of wire and the lack of ear hook, they mostly fell out when I turned my head. For some reason the wire insulation has some bit of tacky-ness with my skin and they just kept pulling out. I don't have the problem at all with regular powerbeats.

I apologize if I'm late with this comment, but Costco now carries the Beats Flex headphones for $40, in store. I picked up a pair a couple weeks ago, they're perfect for listening to podcasts at work. Not the incredible sound you'd get out of the higher end headphones of course, but the integration when switching between my iPhone and iPad is pretty slick. Not bad for $40.

I had some trouble with the ear tips that came in the box for the Powerbeats (4th generation). I switched to the Sport Pro for Beats from Comply and it worked way, way better.

I can confirm this is a pretty big problem. The case is just seriously poorly designed. I hate it. Hopefully they redesign the case on the next version.
